Under Article 43 Law of Ukraine "On local government in Ukraine", Given the act of inspection of premises on the street. Lomonosov, 7 the mind. Nadvirny from 07 December 2018 year, and to ensure the proper maintenance and operation of real estate joint ownership of territorial communities of villages, settlements, cities area, Regional Council

decided:

1. Utility enterprise of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Council for Operation of Property to take on the balance and in operational management of real estate on the street. Lomonosov, 7 the mind. Nadvirna in value defined by carrying out an independent valuation of property.
2. Control over the implementation of the decision to be assigned to the first deputy chairman of the regional council in. Gladia and Permanent Commission of the Regional Council on Socio-Economic Development, communal property management, the development of small and medium -sized businesses (o. Jesa).
